Improving

Humans by nature constantly look for ways to improve -our job, our looks, our home, our relationships, our thighs and so on! Sometimes every time you turn around there's something else about yourself you want to improve. This can get really tedious. How about improving your attitude about improving every aspect of your life? Pick just one or two things and give yourself a break. If you overwhelm yourself, you're not as likely to accomplish what you really can.
